Job Summary:
Based in our brand new family space within the Bridge Shopping Centre, The Senior Support Coordinator will play a vital and pivotal role in providing direct assistance to the many families accessing our services. Their responsibilities include overseeing a daily drop-in service and managing a caseload of families, coordinating internal support services and referring families to external agencies as required.
They will also deliver our exciting new project, Embrace, a weekly programme that will be delivered in partnership with other external agencies and is aimed at providing a safe space for young adults who have experienced trauma in their lives.
Additionally The Senior Support Coordinator will be responsible for the line management and supervision of a small team of coordinators.
The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, spread across five days and involves occasional evening and weekend working.

The Job Summary
The Parenting Network is dedicated to supporting families in need through our Portsmouth Bank Baby service. We provide essential items and support to ensure the well-being and development of infants and young children.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our Baby Bank team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the programme. This role requires a commitment of five mornings a week.
Responsibilities:
Data Processing:
Efficiently and accurately process referral data received from various sources, including social service agencies, healthcare providers, and community organisations. This involves entering referral information into our database or spreadsheets, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and promptly.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organising paperwork. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
Communication:
Answer calls and respond to messages from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
Record Keeping:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of referrals, services provided, and other relevant information. Keep track of referral statuses, follow-up actions, and outcomes to facilitate efficient case management and reporting.
Health & Safety:
Perform regular health and safety checks within the premises, identifying and addressing any hazards or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff, volunteers, and clients.
Volunteers Rota:
Coordinate and schedule volunteers to support various activities and tasks within the organisation. Maintain a volunteer rota, ensuring adequate coverage and support for events, programs, and day-to-day operations.
